WOTB: Time to Dress Up!




Fresh air, birds singing, and mouthwatering aromas drift from the field kitchen. Your vehicles will now wait their turn to join the battle under large pine trees.
All the warpaints reminding us of cold winter days or presents under the Christmas tree are leaving the Appearance tab. In their stead come the colors of the new season!
The update will also make available new rare camouflage: the space-flying Galaxy and the dizzying Vertigo. And that doesn't include four completely new warpaints you can get by participating in Operation Onslaught (we’ll talk more about that next time).

Balance Improvements

Improvements and Fixed Bugs
  • Boosters: if your stock of certain boosters is depleted, boosters of the next grade up will become available automatically.
  • Your favorite tank: the incorrect display of experience details upon the rating season changing was fixed.
  • ATGMs: the incorrect in-battle message displayed upon pressing the fire button during the ATGMs' flight was fixed. Now, the "Loading gun" message is shown instead of "Out of shells".
  • Object 140: the white texture between the spikes of the chassis visible upon applying the Terror camouflage was fixed.
  • K-91: the turret traverse mechanism received a protective cover.
  • Girls und Panzer: at the partner's request, the Kuro Mori Mine has been renamed the Tiger Kuromorimine SP.
  • Provisions: the error that caused the Spall Liner icon not to be displayed above the vehicle when an HE shell hit it (provided that this provision was equipped) was fixed.
  • Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
  • General bugs and client crashes were fixed.


Dozens of little things that could chip away at the gaming experience were fixed. For example, useless paths leading up the hills were closed on Port Bay. Black Goldville had its boulders reworked so that from now on shells won't explode in mid-air. Additionally, tanks won't be getting stuck in the brick fences of Desert Sands and Oasis Palms anymore.
The list of maps available for Realistic Battles has expanded significantly. Apart from the familiar Desert Sands, Dead Rail, Rockfield, Normandy, Winter Malinovka, and Oasis Palms, epic battles will now also take place on:

Alpenstadt, Vineyards, Yamato Harbor, Mayan Ruins, Dynasty's Pearl, Lost Temple, Black Goldville, Canal, Canyon, Copperfield, Castilla, Middleburg, Naval Frontier, New Bay, Port Bay, Falls Creek, Faust, Fort Despair, Himmelsdorf, Hellas

In the wake of Tier X heavies, the HP pool will also be increased for Tier VI-IX heavy tanks. There are also adjustments for certain vehicles: the rate of fire and armor thickness was altered for some while the research cost of several modules will change for others.
  • iOS: the "Sign in with Apple" option was enabled. It allows you to create a new account (or link an existing one) and then enter the game using your Apple ID credentials.


WOTB: Balance Improvements in Update 6.10




In Update 6.10, the HP pool will be increased for Tier VI–IX heavy tanks, while the research cost of some modules will be changed for lower-tier vehicles. In addition, a number of characteristics (starting with armor thickness and rate of fire) will be improved for many Tier V, VII, VIII, and IX vehicles. These changes will take effect with the release of Update 6.10. Increased HP for Tier VI–IX Heavy Tanks In Update 6.10, we increased the HP pool for Tier VI–IX heavy tanks.

As we previously mentioned, the impact of heavy tanks on the battle outcome has been gradually weakening over the past few updates. To restore their traditional battle role, in Update 6.9, we increased the HP pool for all Tier X heavies. In Update 6.10, the same increase awaits Tier VI–IX heavy tanks. For each particular tank, the boost value depends on the vehicle's tier, role in battle, and characteristics. The boost will be relatively small (200–300 hit points on average), but it will allow tanks to feel more confident on the battlefield and make a bigger contribution to victory. IXBat.-Châtillon 25 t AP
• For the 100 mm SA47 gun:
• Magazine reload time was reduced from 17.62 to 16.64 s.

IX Jagdtiger
 • Enhanced armor:
• From 150 to 180 mm for the upper glacis plate.
• From 80 to 100 mm for the sides of the cabin and the upper part of the sides of the hull.
• From 120 to 250 mm for the machine gun mantlet.
• From 0 to 100 mm for the space behind the gun mantlet.
• All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 250 mm.

 IX Prototipo Standard B
• For the Cannone da 105 Rh V1 gun:
• Autoreload time was increased from 8.63/7.67/5.75 to 9.11/8.15/6.23 seconds for the first, second, and third shell, respectively. IXT92E1
 • For the 152 mm XM150E3 gun:
• The average penetration of an APCR shell was decreased from 230 to 210 mm.
• The velocity of an APCR and HE shell was decreased.
• Armor:
  • The armor of the sides and of the lower and upper glacis plates of the hull was weakened from 52      to 40 mm.
  • The armor of the rear part of the hull was weakened from 40 to 30 mm.

VIII Panther II
• Enhanced hull armor:
   • From 100 to 120 mm for the upper glacis plate of the hull.
   • From 60 to 90 mm for the lower glacis plate of the hull and the machine gun mantlet.
• Enhanced armor for the Turm-Panther (schmale Blende) turret:
• From 100 to 120 mm for the turret front.
• From 60 to 85 mm for the space behind the gun mantlet.
• From 45 to 60 mm for the turret sides.
• Enhanced armor for the Panther II Schmalturm turret:
• From 150 to 170 mm for the turret front.
• From 150 to 170 mm for the space behind the gun mantlet.
• From 60 to 85 mm for the turret sides.
• All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 150 mm.

VIII Panther mit 8,8 cm L/71
• Enhanced hull armor:
   • From 80 to 110 mm for the upper glacis plate of the hull.
   • From 60 to 85 mm for the lower glacis plate of the hull.
   • From 80 to 110 mm for the machine gun mantlet.
• Enhanced armor for the Panther mit 8,8 cm Kw.K. 43 L/71 turret:
• From 150 to 160 mm for the turret front.
• From 60 to 85 mm for the turret sides.
• All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 150 mm.

VII AMX 13 57
• Dispersion on hull traverse was decreased.
• Dispersion after firing was decreased for the 57 mm L/100 gun. VT1 Heavy Tank
• Enhanced armor:
   • From 127 to 140 mm for the gun mantlet.
   • From 25 to 30 mm for the turret roof.
   • From 127 to 140 mm for the glacis place of the turret.
   • From 127 to 140 mm for the two upper glacis plates of the hull. VT-34
• Vehicle durability was increased from 620 to 680 HP.
• For the 76 mm S-54 gun:
• Reload time was reduced from 8.44 to 7.57 s.
• Aiming time was reduced from 5.4 to 5.0 s.
• Dispersion at 100 m was decreased from 0.41 to 0.4 m.

Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. G
 • Vehicle durability was increased from 630 to 680 HP.
• The hull traverse speed of the Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H suspension was increased from 33.38 to 35.46 deg/s.
• For the 7,5 cm Kw.K. 40 L/48 gun:
• Dispersion at 100 m was decreased from 0.374 to 0.355 m.
• Reload time was reduced from 8.05 to 7.67 s. VExcelsior
• Vehicle durability was increased from 770 to 800 HP.
• The average penetration of an AP shell was increased from 91 to 110 mm.
• The armor of some front parts of the hull and turret was enhanced from 114 to 120 mm.

BDR G1 B
• Maximum reverse speed was increased from 10 to 12 km/h.
• Enhanced armor:
   • From 50 to 60 mm for the hull sides.
   • From 80 to 120 mm for the upper glacis plate.
• For the FCM F1 turret:
  • The armor of the glacis plate and the front part of the commander's cupola was enhanced from 105 to 140 mm. VType T-34
• Vehicle durability was increased from 620 to 680 HP.
• For the 57 mm 55-57FG gun:
• The average penetration of an AP shell was increased from 112 to 118 mm.

Changed Module Costs for Tier III–IV Tanks The research cost of some modules will be changed for these tanks: M7, M8A1, Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. D, M5A1 Stuart, Lago, and M5 Stuart. This will allow vehicle research to be smoother and more uniform.
